Duties:

  • Work cash room on all home game days, in addition to events throughout the season when needed.
  • Responsibilities will include:
    • Reconciliation of each concession POS cash drawer at end of each game.
    • Prepare all concession cash drawer banks for next game.
    • Preparing reconciliation report - reporting variances in collected cash vs. reconciled cash.
    • Prepare collected cash for deposit into night drop at company bank.

    • Provide accurate change to staff when needed throughout game.
  • Must be able to work 95% of Captains home games at Classic Park.

Food and Beverage: Server/Concessions
Concessions - Stand Attendant - Lake County Captains (Eastlake, OH)

Serves food and beverage concessions in accordance with the Company’s Operational Standards under the direction of the Director of Food and Beverage, Concourse Manager, and Stand Leader(s).

 

Food & Beverage Service Duties
• Participates in set-up of stand, arranges inventory, notifies Stand Leader of any inventory deficiency or shortages

• Greets guests approaching stand
• Acquaints guests with items for sale and uses suggestive selling techniques

• Serves food and beverage items in correct proportions, following proper sanitation guidelines
• Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, adheres to all company alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Performs clean-up duties in the stand to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment.

• Records all waste.

Cashier Duties (if applicable)
• Properly records all transactions via the point of sale system and informs guests of the amounts owed.
• Collects the proper money for food and beverage items; processes credit card or determines correct change for guests.
• Accounts for all transactions; maintains accurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift

 

Miscellaneous Duties
• Perform any other duties as assigned
• Shows flexibility by rotating to other stands when necessary.

Facility Operations/Event Staff: Custodial/Housekeeping
Day-Side Cleaning Crew Team Member - Lake County Captains (Eastlake, OH)

Title:   Part-Time, Seasonal Day Cleaning Crew Member

Position in the corporate structure:  This position will report directly to the Day Cleaning Crew Supervisor and/or the Director of Stadium Operations. 

Job Summary:  This position works to ensure Classic Park is clean prior to all Classic Park events.  The day crew will be responsible for cleaning the main concourse level the morning following an event, unless schedule dictates that the cleaning must be done immediately following an event.  This position reports primarily during the hours of 7am to 1pm, and may be scheduled to work evening hours if required by the facility schedule.

 

Key Duties:

1)    Ensure Classic Park is well-kept and clean at all times including, event preparation, during events and post-event cleaning.

2)    Duties include, but are not limited to:

a.    Pick up all trash/recyclables from seating bowl and concourse

b.    Remove trash from concourse and parking lot garbage cans

c.    Using mechanical blowers, blow debris on concourse/seating bowl/outside main gates

d.    Pressure wash concourse and surrounding areas when necessary

e.    Clean seating bowl/dugouts with water hose.

f.     Clean and maintain bathrooms including, but not limited to, mirrors, sinks, and toilets.

g.    Restock all paper and soap products in bathrooms.

3)    Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.

4)    Keep all supply closets organized and clean.

1)    Be a leader in customer service.

2)    Work as a member of a TEAM, and Have Fun!!!

3)    Conduct self in a professional manner both in personal appearance and attitude.

Title:   Part-Time Kids Zone Employee

Position in the corporate structure:  This position will report directly to the Stadium Operations Manager. 

Job Summary:  This position is part of a union and provides excellent customer service while operating all of our inflatables and other game in our Kids Zone for most Classic Park events.

 

Key Duties:

 

1)    Set-up of Kids Zone each event which includes, but is not limited to:

a.    Removing tarps from inflatables that are left out day-to-day

b.    Complete set-up of inflatable games which includes:

                                          i.    Placement and set-up of blowers

                                        ii.    Proper placement of tarps/mats

                                       iii.    Ensuring all games are safe, cleaned, dry and presentable for guests to enjoy and play on

2)    Operate inflatables and games with superior customer service to both kids and parents.

3)    Proper tear down of Kids Zone each event, which includes but is not limited to:

a.    Storing of all inflatables and other games and supplies, i.e. blowers, mats, etc.

b.    Fastening tarps over inflatables that remain out from day-to-day

Key Duties:

1)    Ensure Classic Park is well-kept and clean at all times.

2)    Post-event duties include, but are not limited to:

a.    Pick up trash throughout the seating bowl and dugouts.

b.    Change out garbage/recycling bags as needed.

c.    Clean Suites and Suite Level, including but not limited to vacuuming, wiping down all surfaces, washing windows, removal of trash/recycling, mop vinyl floors, clean and restock restrooms.

3)    Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.

4)    Keep all supply closets organized and clean.

5)    Maintain a strict eye on detail while ensuring all areas of responsibility are clean and professional in presentation to guests.

Promotions Intern Duties:

Game Day

  • Prepare game day promotions under the direction of the Director of Promotions & Marketing
